For every SOL program that you complete, you will receive one official university transcript. This official transcript will be sent to the university or admissions department that you indicate. Any processing or mailing fees will be waived for this first transcript. You may request additional transcripts at any time (for graduate applications, applying to jobs, teaching programs, etc.). There is a processing fee of $25 for 1 transcript and $10 for each additional transcript. If you want to request a transcript, you must pay online via our secure site when you submit the request below. No other payment methods are accepted (we do not accept check or cash in the mail). We will not mail your transcript until we have received your online payment. Your transcript will be mailed within one week of submitting your request and online payment. You will receive an email confirmation at this time. Your transcript will be sent certified USPS First Class Mail (normally arrives to any US destination within 2 or 3 days of being mailed). If you need faster service, select our overnight service (there are extra mailing fees for this). If you select overnight service, please call our office at 512-380-1003 to ensure that your request is processed immediately. If you attended our program more than once, and need a transcript from multiple programs, please submit two separate requests.
